Energy (good or bad) is absorbed not just by our bodies, but by our surroundings as well. Houses and rooms need to be cleared periodically to maintain a positive space. The smoke from dried sage is a natural effective way to clear negative energy from the household. As the smoke leaves the house (through open windows) it carries the heavier negative energies with it. I also have the ability to use a non-smoke (spray) option for those who have concerns/sensitivities to sage smoke. Depending on the size of the area being cleared, it can take anywhere from 20-60 mins (avg is about 30 mins).
